Information we collect: contact and account details; delivery and billing details; order, return, customer-service, wholesale, and customization records; newsletter consent records; and limited technical data needed to secure and operate the storefront. If optional analytics is accepted, we also collect aggregated browsing and campaign information.

Payment data: payment providers process payment credentials under their own privacy terms. Madefield receives the payment status, transaction references, and information needed to reconcile an order, but does not intentionally store full card credentials in this storefront.

How we use data: to provide accounts and checkout, process and deliver orders, respond to requests, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with accounting or legal duties, improve site reliability, and send email updates only after an explicit subscription.

Sharing and transfers: we disclose only the data needed by service providers that support hosting, payments, delivery, email, analytics, and customer service, or when law requires it. Some providers may process data outside your country under their applicable safeguards. We do not sell personal data.

Cookies and analytics: essential cookies support sessions, carts, locale, security, and checkout. Optional analytics loads only after acceptance. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change that choice.

Retention and security: records are kept only as long as needed for the purpose collected, legal or tax obligations, disputes, and fraud prevention. We use reasonable access and technical controls, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices: you may ask the brand support address listed on Customer Service to access, correct, or delete eligible personal data, or object to or restrict certain processing. You can unsubscribe from email at any time through the Unsubscribe page or a link in a delivered email.

Children and changes: the storefront is not directed to children who cannot lawfully consent or contract in their country. We may update this policy when our services or legal obligations change and will revise the date above.
