Terms of Service

Last updated: August 18, 2026. These terms govern use of Madefield House and category storefronts. House is the discovery and brand surface; a category storefront such as Madefield Canvas owns the transaction when checkout is available.

Eligibility and accounts: provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information and keep account credentials secure. You must be legally able to enter the transaction in your country.

Products: handmade and plant-dyed goods may have reasonable variations in color, texture, stitch placement, and dimensions. The product page controls for the specific SKU. We do not treat unsupported maker, origin, inventory, review, medical, or impact claims as part of an offer.

Orders and payment: placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when payment is authorized and we send confirmation. We may cancel or refund an order affected by unavailable stock, pricing or listing errors, fraud screening, delivery restrictions, or an inability to complete an agreed customization.

Prices, taxes, and delivery: the checkout shows the applicable price, currency, shipping charge, and available tax information before submission. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly confirm otherwise in writing. Customs duties or import charges may be collected according to the destination rules shown at checkout or by the carrier.

Personalized and made-to-order goods: review names, initials, artwork, dimensions, and other instructions before approval. Production may begin after approval, and cancellation or return rights may be limited as described in the Refund Policy, without reducing rights that cannot legally be waived.

Returns and refunds: eligibility, damaged-item reporting, inspection, return shipping, and processing periods are governed by the Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights in your location continue to apply.

Acceptable use and intellectual property: do not misuse the storefront, interfere with security, submit unlawful material, or use product, maker, editorial, or brand content beyond applicable law or written permission. Third-party marks remain their owners' property.

Responsibility boundary: to the extent permitted by law, Madefield is not responsible for indirect losses, third-party services, or delays outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Questions and changes: use Customer Service for order or policy questions. We may update these terms prospectively; the version presented when an order is placed governs that transaction unless law requires otherwise.
